PopNote

PopNote is a small yet robust PRIVATE (no 3rd party servers involved) Instant Messaging Communication Client that works across LAN`s or the Internet. PopNote sends an instant PRIVATE message that will pop up on the destination`s Desktop. One PopNote advantages is that PopNote runs Independent of remote 3rd party servers that kill the client when they go offline. PopNote will frequently work when local ISP`s have DNS problems.
