Cook, Serve, Delicious 2 is a puzzle-based restaurant sim. Players must design, build and run a restaurant by themselves by completing frantic puzzles while a line of customers wait.Order upCook, Serve, Delicious 2 is a sequel to the popular original cooking sim. The game follows in much the same manner, but with a huge increase in the amount of food to choose from and tasks to perform. Starting out with a basic restaurant in a department store, players must plan their menu and surroundings before opening for business. The main action of the game is on a day-by-day basis as an ever increasing stream of hungry visitors request various menu items. These are completed by clicking through the (hopefully) correct ingredients and receiving positive reviews. It soon all becomes extremely frantic when ten orders are lined up, the toilets are overflowing and a robber needs to be disarmed. These moments are where Cook, Serve, Delicious 2 shines, presenting a challenge requiring fast actions and sharp focus. A new multiplayer split-screen mode is a welcome addition, but the lack of control binding is a small issue.Sweet and savoury actionCook, Serve, Delicious 2 is a fast and fun puzzle sim. The artwork is fantastic, the challenge is addictive and playing with a friend is even better.
